Una joya musical

Las vacaciones a veces nos sirven para retomar asuntos pendientes, como las películas que no se han podido ver en su momento por falta de tiempo. Durante esta semana santa, he descubierto Once, una película musical irlandesa del año 2006 que gira en torno al encuentro entre un músico callejero( encarnado por el vocalista del grupo The Frames) y una emigrante checa que fructificará en la grabación de un álbum. Lo más destacable de la película es la banda sonora, llena de canciones preciosas entre las que destaca Falling slowly, cantada a dúo con Marketa Iglova, ganadora de un Óscar al mejor tema musical del año 2008.
